About Homoraq
Know the cost. Find the right pro.
A clearer starting point for homeowners
Homoraq helps homeowners understand home repair costs before they speak with a contractor. Our first focus is water heater replacement in Phoenix, Arizona.
A useful estimate has two parts: the numbers the available data supports and the work those numbers describe. We explain both. When a project falls outside our source data, we say that an individual quote is needed.
Our role
We publish cost information. We do not install or repair equipment, quote construction work on behalf of a contractor, or guarantee a contractor’s availability or performance. Our future matching service will introduce independent businesses; homeowners and contractors will agree on the work directly.
We are at the launch stage. We have no verified customer testimonials or approved contractor partner network to advertise.
How we handle sources
Price guides can disagree because their scopes differ. Our cost guide identifies its chosen source and review date. It does not treat one provider’s published guide as a verified market average. We plan to improve the data with documented, comparable local quotes as the service develops.
